I'm so impressed with the management of this Potbelly Shop! The manager (Rashei?) went above and beyond to drive to my home and personally deliver the small "add on" item. She was speedy, polite and gracious, even giving a couple extra "treats" for the hiccup. AMAZING customer service! This is the type of costumer service that will keep customers buzzing about your business. Thank you! Oh, and my meal was delicious as well! I highly recommend Potbelly Sandwich Shop! Your extra effort was noticed today.

11/16/19 @ 7pm: Both staff was witnessed yelling at multiple customers for no apparent reason. I had to personally get up and ask the male staff member if I need to call mall security to calm him down. How does any owner sleep at night with all these negative reviews. I enjoyed getting a refund on my order.

Love this store!!!! All the staff by far exceeded customer service.. Over the years I have developed a great bond with each and everyone of them. They ALL KNOW MY ORDER WITHOUT even asking! They know the cookies i like and love... They know what to put on my sandwhich no matter what I get... NOW thats customer service!!! Shout out to these guy's!! Yall are AMAZING and you have a customer for life!

Love potbelly but after 3 bad experiences in a row it was time to give a review. If you are going to be constantly swamped with group orders and have the people in line suffer because of it, it's time to hire additional staff. Given the amount of sandwich shops in the mall, I'll be going somewhere else (subway or wich wich).

Food was good and staff friendly. Unfortunately it took way too long to get through with only two people working. Seemed like it was hard to help customers and the sitting area seemed like it was spot cleaned, but they were behind.

Potbelly itself is great, however the gentleman at the register was absolutely rude. Uncalled for as I simply asked “What do I owe you?†And he responded with “I don't know yet. I'm doing all this stuff behind the register and all you have to do is walk over here.â€
