I recently tried Potbelly for the first time. I really enjoyed my sandwich but unfortunately, the service was bad. When we asked about the price for extra cheese, one of the employees ignored us and seemed to have an attitude. We mentioned that it was our first time there, but no one really explained the process or made it feel welcoming. Overall, the food was good, but the atmosphere and customer service could definitely be improved.

Potbelly Sandwich is one of my favorite sandwich places in the DFW region! The food is really good, and the options are varied. The service is really patient and helpful. The atmosphere is really nice and clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here!

In the middle of training someone they still received a five-star from me the food is awesome the staff is great the guy asked me my order made sure I knew what was on the sandwich phenomenal service and was able to take time to show the new girl what to do how to do it without interrupting the five-star service he was able to give me
