Okay people, I was absolutely blown away by this meal experience. This New Zealand coastal vibe done in such a classy and elegant way. The food was not only beautiful art but the taste was mind-blowing. The portions are on the small side but I honestly support that, considering the gluttonous meals you can get so many places in Dallas. My Glory Bay salmon was so smoky and incredibly yummy but maybe a tinge salty. It was one of the most buttery and flavorful takes on this fish...
Amazing tasting menu by Chef Toby and his team. It's nice to go to a chef owned restaurant and have a fabulous meal. The servers were all super attentive and ensured we had a great time. Would absolutely be coming back.
A little surprised at where it was located. Always excited about anything that reaches the Michelin level. Outstanding and creative dishes to choose from. There were four of us we shared the foie gras appetizer that was really made into a moose on top of gingerbread with fresh cranberry sauce on the side it was absolutely fabulous. We each ordered a different dish all of us loved it
