Walking in I had pretty high hopes and wasn't so familiar with New Zealand-inspired cuisine. Staff was pretty friendly and the space itself is really cool. I particularly like the layout of the tables. However, ultimately the food didn't really live up to my hopes.
We opted not to do the tasting menu, but did end up spending a fair amount of money as most of the dishes are fairly pricey. Everyone around us was doing the tasting.

Food was trying too hard and ultimately while it looked pretty, it was not good. We tried so many different things and can't say I loved anything. Was a big let down, don't think I'll be back.
