The girl taking orders at the drive thru sounds annoyed as hell also the drinks where served just above the middle of the cup? Goodbye forever

I ordered and only had to sit in line for about 7-8 minutes before the two cars ahead of me were dealt with and I was served.

This here don't seems fresh anymore.. place kind of starting to fall off on quality and customs service. Hate wasting money when eating out. They won't get me again..

I preordered my food at about 1 am this morning …. Of course I know it’s close to quitting time by then but at least feed the customers food that you would eat or maybe you eat garbage. The night shift should all be fired . My chicken strips were soggy , my fries were cold and my toast tasted old . I’m a foodie but I’m also a Chef .. I didn’t try to call with complaints because it was already quitting time. When I pulled up to the drive thru I asked the lady with glasses of Spanish decent if my fries were hot and she lied to my face and said they just took them out of the fryer. Lies! She pushed the bag in my hand so fast and slammed the window before I could check . Horrible customer service and horrible food quality I will never eat here again and again will pass along the experience to other customers! Respectfully Mad Customer….

As I was ordering the lady taking my order was very impatient and kept cutting me off as I was ordering. Had she taken her time to listen to what I was saying then I wouldn’t have had to repeat myself. Her demeanor was very unprofessional. I will just go out of my way to go to the Beltline location instead when possible. However the other lady working the window was friendly and professional.
