Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I need to stop ordering curbside as I never get it brought to my car. I know, sounds lazy, but when it's you alone with kids, the curbside is a nice option.

There’s a manager that’s very rude yelled at a employee in-front of the customers really bad how is that possible very un professional of her he didn’t even say a word to her while she was yelling at him she should’ve talk to him more nicely yall have very rude managers that don’t have respect to your employees

Having never been to one of these I was surprised that they do a very simple menu and do that menu very well. you are in the market chicken this is the way to do it.

Employees screaming at my kids because they were requesting an extra canes sauce. And my drink was only syrup.

My daughter will never get bored of eating canes but today wasn’t the best day during her lunch time her chicken had a hair fried stuck in it made her not want her chicken any more, only having your cookers wearing hats won’t avoid their hairs fall on our food.

Great experience tonight. The young man taking our order had so much patience while my mom tried placing her order and asking for possible substitutions. I was so grateful for his kindness! Great food, order correct and scrumptious!

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at Raising Cane’s. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and acted like taking orders was an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about my order, the employee responded with a rude tone and barely made eye contact.

On top of that, my order was incorrect, and when I brought it back to the counter, the employee didn’t apologize or try to fix the situation politely. Instead, they acted annoyed and made me feel like I was the problem. Good food can’t make up for bad service, and this visit definitely left a bad impression.

Customer service should be basic, especially at a popular place like this, but unfortunately this location didn’t deliver. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Don’t set up for curbside pick up and not actually bring food out to people. When you have children it is hard to unload and load them back up. We chose this for dinner to make it easy after a long day and instead it resulted in an extra 30 minutes of waiting until finally having to go in.
