Sat at the bar and enjoyed the congee, a rose smoothie! Great attentive service with good food! Very fun and friendly atmosphere.

Rose Café is a cozy little spot with great service, often called the best coffee shop in Dallas. The staff, including one absolute gem, is sweet, genuinely helpful, and polite. The veggie quiche is everything, and the food is the best on the Katy Trail. Visitors enjoy a latte with a smooth texture or a cold drink that tastes fresh, though toast with eggs can be slightly overdone. The café has incredible fans to cool down after a walk on the trails. Early mornings feel slow and quiet, while busy lunchtimes stay organized despite small delays in calling order numbers. It is a good option for a calm start or a great place to stop without too much noise or rush. The staff handles everything calmly and does not rush through orders.
