Pretty good seafood but I wasn't wowed by anything. Both fish dishes were fine, but lacking in seasoning. Nothing wrong with them, just a bit boring without a healthy portion of tartar sauce. The sliders were surprisingly the star of the show. Hush puppies were really bad - the batter was devoid of flavor. We ordered takeout and it was quick and seamless.
Been enjoying this restaurant since the 80s, they keep it simple clean and friendly, another great dinner, took our time. Delicious start with crab w/ house made sauce + then shrimp dip, ordered combo(fav), my date had the sampler-perfect all the way around, I can’t forget to mention the fresh ice tea w/mint sprig. The staff are great
This is THE place. The ambience, the service THE OYSTERS….ahhh. Bivalve perfection. Blue point and gulf oysters were fresh and delicious. Come during happy hour 2-6 and get $2 gulf oysters. Absolutely amazing.
