You have the absolutely most rude staff at the bar downstairs. The gentleman who mans the bar is so short with the customers, rolls his eyes frequently, and is so quick to dismiss you. My team frequently books events in the area and relies on the Westin as our main meeting point. For this entire year we have been coming here we have all had negative experiences since the bar opened after construction with this person specifically.

The a/c was on high and that made the room very cold, but once we notified the staff it was corrected immediately. Therefore we continued our meal in the perfect temperature.

Because of the price and location I expected nicer setting and atmosphere. The food was just ok but not what I expected. I would not recommend and not my choice next year.

The room was small so they need to wait for other people to finish eating, one table they were already taking the plate and lady said I am not done. I mean we have 2 hrs to eat seems like they are hurrying us. Our table was quickly prepared coz it was almost 1220 and our reservation was 1200 . , so still no utensils and charger when I get back to the table after getting food. The turkey which was supposedly the highlight coz it was a thanksgiving lunch,, for $228 in total with gratuity. The slices was too little, you need to tell them for a bigger slice. The wine was not offered., did not try all the food but they were good though, the chefs table area was a little bit dry already like the salami and etc. but taste wise it was good. And dessert was not bad as well. We were just for all of us in a one small room.

The food was just okay for the price. Drinks were expensive and small pour on the wine. It was very cold and the food was not warm enough. No pumpkin pie. Seriously

I chose this restaurant because it's located inside the hotel and I needed a quick breakfast before heading out. When I arrived, I was told to sit anywhere, so I did—but no one came to the table for over 10 minutes. I finally got to place my order (just a simple American breakfast and a berry yogurt), but the food took more than 20 minutes to come out. I ate everything in 12 minutes and still ended up spending a full hour there—from 9:40 AM to 10:40 AM. On top of that, the chairs weren’t clean, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Not ideal if you're looking for efficiency or cleanliness.

Enjoyed unique cocktails such as gingerbread old fashioned.

I arrived, and everyone looked surprised to see a guest, I was a soli party of 1. It was dinner time. They were all scrambling and cleaning up. I ordered my food and tried to make a phone call. The employees were yelling across the restaurant to each other and moving chairs by scraping them across the floor. I tried to plug my open ear to be able to hear the phone turned up to near max volume. That still could not block the yelling of conversations. I do not get overstimulated in public, but this ambiance had my skin crawling, and I could not get out of there fast enough. As you can see from my photo, I changed my order to go. Food was not that good to go thru any part of that again. Chicken was overcooked and dry.

This is not a restaurant, it's a bar. When I arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand, only a sign that said seat yourself (why did I make a reservation in that case?). As I looked around, there were people standing everywhere (very loud chatter), empty drink glasses on tables and not one single person eating a meal. Unfortunate because the menu looks great, but not sure how one can eat dinner in a place like this that's clearly a bar.

Staff was friendly. But the food was way too salty. Like someone dropped the salt in the batter/fruitcup.

I love dining at this hidden gem. The food is wonderful and the menu selections are inspired by local ingredients. I only dine here once a month, but the staff remembers me and treats me like I'm the most important person in the room. Many people believe that hotel restaurants are not wonderful, but they truly are the best I've ever experienced.

One of the strangest experiences I have ever had it a 4 Star Hotel restaurant. I come for Sunday Brunch. It was a super busy weekend. This is the ONLY restaurant at the Westin Galleria. I was the only customer, other than a family of 4, who left as I arrived. The waitress seemed to not like her job; had a sour attitude. The only atmosphere was a large TV blaring a Tele-evangelist! Food was edible, but nothing special and overpriced. All in all, truly not at all what I was expecting.

All the food was cold, fresh food brought out was cold. There were no macarons brought out after they were gone at 12:30. This was a very disappointing experience compared to last year. Not worth so much money
