I chose this restaurant because it's located inside the hotel and I needed a quick breakfast before heading out. When I arrived, I was told to sit anywhere, so I did—but no one came to the table for over 10 minutes. I finally got to place my order (just a simple American breakfast and a berry yogurt), but the food took more than 20 minutes to come out. I ate everything in 12 minutes and still ended up spending a full hour there—from 9:40 AM to 10:40 AM. On top of that, the chairs weren’t clean, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Not ideal if you're looking for efficiency or cleanliness.

Enjoyed unique cocktails such as gingerbread old fashioned.
I arrived, and everyone looked surprised to see a guest, I was a soli party of 1. It was dinner time. They were all scrambling and cleaning up. I ordered my food and tried to make a phone call. The employees were yelling across the restaurant to each other and moving chairs by scraping them across the floor. I tried to plug my open ear to be able to hear the phone turned up to near max volume. That still could not block the yelling of conversations. I do not get overstimulated in public, but this ambiance had my skin crawling, and I could not get out of there fast enough. As you can see from my photo, I changed my order to go. Food was not that good to go thru any part of that again. Chicken was overcooked and dry.
This is not a restaurant, it's a bar. When I arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand, only a sign that said seat yourself (why did I make a reservation in that case?). As I looked around, there were people standing everywhere (very loud chatter), empty drink glasses on tables and not one single person eating a meal. Unfortunate because the menu looks great, but not sure how one can eat dinner in a place like this that's clearly a bar.
James was very attentive to all of the customers. He did not disappoint!!!! Make sure to come to the Second floor!!!

Staff was friendly. But the food was way too salty. Like someone dropped the salt in the batter/fruitcup.

I love dining at this hidden gem. The food is wonderful and the menu selections are inspired by local ingredients. I only dine here once a month, but the staff remembers me and treats me like I'm the most important person in the room. Many people believe that hotel restaurants are not wonderful, but they truly are the best I've ever experienced.
We found lunching here fun and delicious!

One of the strangest experiences I have ever had it a 4 Star Hotel restaurant. I come for Sunday Brunch. It was a super busy weekend. This is the ONLY restaurant at the Westin Galleria. I was the only customer, other than a family of 4, who left as I arrived. The waitress seemed to not like her job; had a sour attitude. The only atmosphere was a large TV blaring a Tele-evangelist! Food was edible, but nothing special and overpriced. All in all, truly not at all what I was expecting.

All the food was cold, fresh food brought out was cold. There were no macarons brought out after they were gone at 12:30. This was a very disappointing experience compared to last year. Not worth so much money

What a nice experience. There was plenty of food choices beginning with made-to-order omelettes to prime rib to delicious desserts. The entire buffet was very well done.
Very disappointed. Food was not very good. Was suprised to have an almost $40 service charge on our bill . Will not do this again.
Food was good, probably not worth the price but the service was so good it mad up for the food. Servers spent time getting to know us and made us feel like family.

We weren't necessarily expecting great food in a hotel restaurant, but everyone was really pleased with their meals. The place was totally empty on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM, so it was very easy for our group of seven to talk. The one server that was working did not know about our OpenTable reservation, but since there was no one else there, getting a table for seven was not a problem. The food was great, as was the service.
