I’m a big fan of Shake Shack and absolutely love their burgers, but this location was off in terms of service. They didn’t bring the food to the table like I’ve experienced at other locations, even though they gave us a table number and sign at the kiosk. We were called up to pick it up ourselves, and even then, the order was incomplete. After waiting about 20 minutes, we had to go back up and ask about our shakes. They were already made, just sitting there, and no one brought...
I went specifically for the Dubai shake which was not that great I feel like I prefer the Dubai strawberries instead but the service was amazing and the rest of the food like the burger and the fries were really good I would recommend it...10 out of 10.
The line was steady but service moved quick. Burgers came out hot, buns soft, and the Shack Sauce always delivers. Uptown energy matched the flavor. 🍟🔥
Highly recommend the SmokeShack if you like a lil’ kick. And if you don’t try the crinkle fries with cheese, you playing.
