This locations customer service sucks! Each time we come from out of town and visit here hoping for better we get more of the same! It’s funny that we are asked to tip for service before we’re even done and still always get bad service! Today we had Aafiuh who was very dry and get out of the way acting. I literally had to scream at her thank you three times before she finally and very reluctantly mumbled Thank you back! She knew she heard me the first time. Very ridiculous! This place you’re never greeted with a smile or happiness. They look miserable to be at work. It’s sad that this is the only place we have found that serves the tiger milk tea or we would never come again. All I can say is, I will never tip again.

I always end up consuming here! But today I would say that a TERRIBLE PLACE WITH 3 minutes left until 8pm they did not want to sell me ONE tea, with one more person standing in front of me, TERRIBLE SERVICE for two minutes after 8pm the world is not going to end!!!

I ordered the strawberry with lychee jelly and ice cream, it was way too sweet and it took forever for them to make it. And I saw that it was ready on the counter but they held it till 5 cups were there to give it away. I throw the boba away after a few sips cause it is way too sweet and no flavor and it is on their top 10 recommendations.

I really like the drinks but the cashier with blonde and red hair at the time was not it. If you’re not going to be good In customer service don’t work in it. As I’m reading the reviews I noticed a review about said person and it’s seems there are a few who has experienced her in not a good way as well hopefully something is done about her.

I was standing watching my kid in the skating rink and was observing whatever this was!! Looks like she was maybe a worker or just someone they knew because she would walk on back behind the counter and everything!! What an obnoxious display!

I'm still fuming as I write this review. I stopped by Sharetea around 7:50pm, the door was still open. I walked in and was not greeted by the anybody asked if they were still open ? Young lady said no they were closed ! It's not even 8pm yet! I understand that businesses have the right to close early, but it's unacceptable to advertise that you're open until 8pm and then kick customers away at the door.
No attempt was made to offer a solution or even a sympathetic ear. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible.
The customer service was absolutely atrocious. I've never had such a rude and unapologetic experience at a boba shop before. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or their reputation.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to Shareatea anytime soon. If you value good customer service and reasonable business practices, avoid this place .
I hope management takes this review seriously and takes steps to improve their service and communication with customers. Until then, I would caution others to be wary of this boba shop's advertised hours and customer service.
i went to sharetea yesterday (sunday) and i really commend the one with blonde and red hair. she had a wrap around her wrist but was still checking up on the ones at the drink station. she even jumped in to help make drinks! that must’ve hurt!! she’s a good trooper. the atmosphere was very friendly and great music! the drinks were very good too!

"Sorry we're closed" it was still 2 min before closing and they said they were "out of tea". I had to go to Mi Cocina instead and get a sangria wine ?.

I consider myself an avid bubble tea connoisseur and this was by far the worst bubble tea I’ve ever tried. The taro tasted like canned corn. I have never experienced a worse flavour yet. The tapioca was the only thing tasty. It’s a crime against bubble tea to have 4.7 rating. This was more like a 2.9
