Shug's Bagels Reviews
Went to the maple street location that just opened . Will be back for sure!
I ordered an HP Special - no sausage (meatless) on a blueberry bagel and it was AMAZING!
The bagel was toasted and the ingredients were FRESH.
This was also fulfilling and curbed my hunger for a few hours.
I’ll definitely be returning to try more! 😋
We moved to Texas, from Long Island, NY, a few years ago, and one of the few things we missed was a good bagel - well, we found them here!! The best we’ve had in years!! Soooo good!

Shug's Bagels provides a variety of tasty options for breakfast, featuring soft and delicious bagels made fresh in-house. The bagels have a great ratio of seasonings and generous cream cheese, with different types of cream cheese flavorings available. The spicy shug bagel and bagel and lox come highly recommended, along with other favorites like Natalie's OJ and HP special. Customers appreciate the fun atmosphere and consider Shug's to have some of the best bagel sandwiches in DFW. While the space can feel small, especially when busy, the good customer service helps to ensure a positive experience. Some reviewers have noted that it can be a bit pricey for a few bagels, with one visit costing nearly $50 for four bagels. Customers should be aware of limited parking and avoid parking at Taco Cabana to prevent towing. Although some orders have been messed up, especially with modifications, Shug's remains a great spot for a satisfying breakfast change of pace, with one reviewer declaring it the best bagel they've ever had. Many recommend ordering for pickup due to the crowds and wait times.
