Smokey Ray's BBQ and Catering

Stopped by the gas station for a fill up and got to talking to James about my old Ford F250 truck and his award winning barbecue. The smell wafting from Smokey Rays was amazing so I got a couple of ribs and a little brisket to try it out. The ribs were tender and juicy and had a nice smoked taste. The brisket was great too, not too fat and not too lean, but just right. It was some good eatin'. I'll be coming back soon!

Today I was hungry for some barbecue ribs so I google map where's the nearest barbecue. Smokey Ray off Midway Rd and Rosemeade at Texaco gas station is where I bought a rib sandwich, a loaded baked potato with chopped beef and let me tell you the ribs was seasoned good, the baked potato was good, everything was hot and ready. Greetings!!!! I was in search of a good BBQ spot in Dallas. Welp. I stopped by here which is located inside a Texaco gas station. I was greeted by a gentleman and the experience was awesome. The ribs and banana pudding is on point!! I was driving to Austin Texas for good Bbq. Good food and awesome customer service. Definitely will go back!
