Snarf’s Sandwiches offers solid sandwiches with lots of choices, including a Philly, Italian from the “off the menu”, a regular turkey sandwich, and a BLT. The Italian was carefully hand prepared, and the first $17 sandwich considered good value. The Philly has been a favorite. The cookies are also loved. The wait time is considerably longer than a typical sandwich place, but it shows in the quality. The hype is real. However, the service can be brutal and terrible. One cashier took about 15 minutes to ring up two sandwiches due to not knowing how to work the machine or make simple additions. Orders are constantly wrong and hardly ever out on time, especially during weekends or lunch. Employees that work the register need training in advance, and more people with common sense are needed. Service has been friendly each time otherwise. The Dallas mosaic on the ordering counter and the two entrances are loved. Parking on the east side is easier.
