Afternoon shift always gets my order wrong. I have not yet received a correct order out of the variety of drinks I have ordered. I asked for a lemonade refresher with light ice and the drink tastes and looks watered down. I ordered a matcha frap last time and got a strawberry frap. When I pay for extra drizzle or any customizations I donāt receive them. Just make the drive to any other starbucks, not worth it.

I ordered a Spicy Falafel Pocket and bit into chicken! I ordered the Falafel because Iām vegetarian so when I bit into it and sensed the texture was off I realized there was chicken in it!!! It made me so sick to my stomach. Pure carelessness and disregard.

My favorite Starbucks!!!ā¤ļø I hope the weekday morning crew knows how wonderful they are. It may seem simple to some, but these beautiful people always start my day on the best note, whether itās a sweet compliment on my nails or telling me to drive safe on my way to work. Little things like that truly make a difference in peoplesā days. Along with pouring DELICIOUS drinks (my fav is the shaken espresso with coconut milk and white chocolate mocha), these baristas are pouring positivity and love into their customers. I truly hope Starbucks corporate knows how lucky they are to have such incredible people working for them.

I've NEVER visited a Starbucks branch like this one...for years, I've gone by here many mornings and the team is SO energetic, so in the groove, so cohesive - it's quite incredible. Keep bringing the Magic Maple/Clara team - you probably have no idea how many days you brighten!

I don't go to Starbucks because I know how overpriced they are they're coffee is cheap to produce and put into a cup along with the ingredients and you're paying four bucks over that for their marketing etc but I go there for my sister when I see her and this Starbucks always has the friendliest people in the early morning hours and you have to appreciate that this day and age customer service is just crap everywhere but this Starbucks has consistently over the last three years for me and I go about I'd say at least it doesn't times a year because I go once a month and and have breakfast with my sister at her place but she always wants coffee from Starbucks so that's a dozen times a year for 3 years consistent five star six star seven star customer service
