I’m not sure who rained on their parade today, but it wasn’t me and yet the team here is so apathetic they have managed to suck the air out of the room and quite frankly change the energy of all around them… not in a good way!I mean seriously, no smile, no conversation even though the biz is quiet and several customers including myself have attempted to engage. If you do not like people get out of the service industry! I am seriously disappointed! Starbucks, what the heck? You are on a serious downward spiral!Beautiful space,(although it feels a bit neglected) great music, good coffee at ridiculous prices, dead man working will cancel out most positives. And you have the audacity to expect a tip!

The racism’s is real in this place. First they gave my drink away to a large order and while the person declined to keep the drink they insisted for them to keep my drink. They realized they had given my drink away and didn’t apologize and they remade my drink without making things right for making me wait again for my drink. They gave someone else a “free drink” and couldn’t offer me anything to make things right because the color of my skin. They do not treat everyone equally here, stay away from racist establishments.
