They need more help. Always disappointing. Drinks are wrong, wait time is very long. Service is not polite & Sometimes the employees don't even show up.
Rude staff
The barista (her name was Heaven) was absolutely terrible. I had to repeat my order to her several time and it took her several minutes just to ring up three drinks. She got the girls drink wrong in front of me, got my drinks wrong, re-made them, and still got them wrong. I went to customer service to get a refund. She didn’t speak, smile, and had her AirPods in the whole time. Worst experience ever. I have no idea how she even has that job…
