I enjoy the consistency of the Java chip Frappuccino. The service is always complementive. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. The food here is usually good and hot but I did not obtain food today.
It's VERY hard for me to understand why 4 employees are behind the counter but only one making drinks. It's just a terrible Starbucks. They were far more interested in talking and joking then making drinks. Walk to another one. Save yourself the time you'll never get back. Don't wait 15 mins for a drink that takes 3 mins to make. And to add clarity... I was literally the only customer there. 15 mins! One drink! 2 stars because the drink was stupid delicious. But still... be better,...read full review

Very friendly staff. I actually went in just for some water and they gave me a cup to fill up my daughters water bottle even without me making a purchase. I was so impressed I actually bought a drink because of their hospitality.
