“My experience this morning was disappointing. I’ve always ordered my frappe with a double cup, yet the lady at the window criticized me for not mentioning it earlier. It’s frustrating to be judged for a simple request. Other establishments happily accommodate it. I just wanted a pleasant service experience.”
I've been to this Starbucks location multiple times, since it's closer to my sister house, everytime they would mess up my order: No toppings, missing ingredients, coffee being burned, weird tastes, etc. And the employees are always having an attitude (can't say for everyone else), everytime I order here. But the moment I go to another Starbucks shop, also in Grand Prairie, the service quality is completely opposite.
