Ms Breyon on the drive thru window today was excellent!! She really cares about the customer experience and I was very pleased with her service.
On Friday, there was a crazy lady that didn't understand the menu. When the girls there tried to help her, she only got more aggressive and threw a marker at one of the girls. Of course, a middle age white lady otherwise know as a Karen would through a fit, harass, and insult young ladies. Ima pray for this lady and hope she really never goes back. We had a large pick up order, it was ready as promised, I even had my favorite, Iced Cafe Mocha so YUMMY 😋
