“I have always loved TB, but 100% of the time, this location always messed up the order. Wrong items, missing items. Tacos were soggy. Always. I’d try different items, but it made no difference. Soggy and/or ingredients missing. Just nasty.

I don’t know if mgmt has changed or better employees, but tonight, 😃 tacos were crunchy, all the ingredients were present. Every single item was like the old days! Although my daughter and I ordered multiple items, the order was 100% accurate. Thank you!!!“

“So far so good! Ordered through the app around 7:30pm, nobody in the drive thru it or in the parking lot either.
Told them my mobile order at the speaker and pulled forward to a Chiraq or Compton level security Lazy Susan, which is unnerving because I didn't think the area was bad like that but it is what it is, glad they're staying safe.

All the food was there and made properly, only thing missing was sauces but who cares? It's just sauce, I have sauce at home.

Very smooth drive thru, and the food was good as far as Taco Bell goes! Whoever worked the shift during 7/12/24 at 7:30pm, you are appreciated!

So much better than the Northwest Highway location. Next time I go if I still get the same service/food I will go 5 stars.

Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has a very good vegetarian menu, you can sub black beans instead of meat in a lot of menu items.

“I don't know why your staff INSISTS on putting sour cream on products that don't come with it and isn't requested. I have to keep returning my cheesy double beef burrito because the sour cream it doesn't come with and wasn't requested was put on it anyway. What's the story with that?“

“I have been coming to this Taco Bell location for a very long time ever since high school. I have seen this location continuously have success over the years. I'm pleased with live Mas Cafe and its various drink options this is a one-of-a-kind. The customer service is very fast and efficient staff is friendly . Clean restaurant all over all. “Best TacoBell experience in a while here. Bean and cheese burritos were portioned well and not skimpy and no dry beans. Crispy tacos were actually crispy not sand bagged and soggy. Crunch wrap was toasted perfectly. Drive thru service was quick and efficient.“

“The staff were very friendly. We did have a few items missing in our order. However, the missing items were immediately provided to us upon notice they were missing. There was a very friendly guy named Florzell who made sure we received everything we were missing and immediately stopped what he was doing to assist us when we needed help. He never stopped working the whole time we were there. He kept the dining room clean and restocked. We enjoyed the environment. Clean and relaxed. The food was average. I did request fresh cinnamons to be dropped as I was ordering 12 and still received about 6 that was hard from sitting in the warmer. Over all the food was decent but it was the customer service that made me give 5 stars. Hope they give Florzell a well deserved raise.“

“My girlfriend and I went to Taco Bell this morning and placed a mobile order. We were greeted by the lovely store manager (Jc—sorry if I spelled it wrong 🫠). She was so kind and sweet to us, keeping us updated and making sure we knew what was going on. She even offered us a free drink! While our food was finishing up, she was chatting with us and giving love to our dog.
On top of that, she was handling the order all by herself, basically running the whole store alone. If you’ve ever worked in this type of industry, you know how tough that is.
Give this woman a raise—her customer service was fantastic, and she’s a keeper for the store! 10/10 experience 👍“

“I came around 9am to get breakfast with some gift cards. McKynzi took my order. She was very helpful & understood my order. Even asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. My food was ready fast & it was hot. Got plenty of sauce.

“Let me start by saying I don’t eat Taco Bell that much anymore, but this one deserves an award for how perfect these tacos where and whoever was in the kitchen should get a raise. For the first time ever my tacos came looking like the advertising pictures and everything tasted amazing. I had to come on here and give them their flowers because this doesn’t happen often and these guys killed it. I came to the drive-through on May 30 at about 4:30 PM so whoever was there making the food under understood the assignment and deserves a raise!“

“I frequent this Taco Bell location more than any other. At my last visit, I purchased 2 chicken Cantina Bowls and Mexican Pizza. The staff was very friendly, the service was very fast and as always, my Chicken Cantina Bowl was delicious and has become my favorite dish. The other Chicken Cantina Bowl was for my Father, and boy oh boy, did he enjoy it. My Mother enjoyed her Mexican Pizza as well. Taco Bell has a variety of delicious dishes to choose from including crispy chicken nuggets which I tried with their Taco Bell sauce, and it was delicious as well. You should try their $7 Lux box which comes with a Gordita, burrito supreme, a taco, tortilla chips and cheese, and a drink. What a great deal!
