Taqueria El Arquito is a reasonably priced, authentic taqueria offering excellent flavor. The food is delicious and done extremely well, providing great value for the quantity. Meals like the barbacoa quesadilla and beef tacos are perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with authentic street-taco soul. The fajita torta is good, especially with the green salsa. The environment is clean, welcoming, and not fancy, with a unique and impressive exterior architecture that makes dining feel like an event. The service is pleasant and great. Amenities like outdoor games and table heaters are a nice addition, though parking can be a little awkward. Be warned that the salsa is spicy. It is a cool-looking spot for a high-quality meal, whether for a refreshing beer on a warm Texas night or a simple, great meal.
