I’ve had a lot of tacos from various restaurants and this place is my #1. Service was excellent and the young man who took our order was very personable. This place is a must try!!!

Love this place... Eat there all of the time. Chilaquiles (sp?) are amazing. Love the trompo tacos or burrito... Highly recommended!

Quiet place. Old school country music playing gives great ambiance! I had the absolute best Torta Cubano I have ever tasted! Clean and relaxing place to eat..

LA TORTA CUBANA was delicious, and if it is too much for one person, it could easily be shared with another.

I’m leaving this review because of a serious customer service issue that should never happen at a restaurant serving primarily American customers. I had a legitimate concern that required speaking with someone directly, yet there was no English-speaking staff available to help me. Not one.

To be clear, this is not about disrespect or lack of appreciation for diversity—I’m absolutely about equality. But when you operate a business in the United States, where English is the primary language for customers, it is completely unacceptable to have zero staff members available who can communicate effectively with English-speaking customers when an issue arises.

Customer service requires communication. When something goes wrong and a customer needs help, there must be someone who can understand the problem and respond clearly. Being unable to speak to anyone at all is beyond frustrating and shows poor management and planning.

If this restaurant wants to keep American customers, they need to ensure basic language accessibility and customer support. Right now, they’re failing at a fundamental level.
