We are at this location and my family was blown away by how authentic the food tasted. We had al pastor torta, tacos, and menudo. Great location and very friendly staff. 10/10 for authentic Mexican food. Definitely recommend.

I asked for cilantro and they didn't know whether to charge me or give it to me and after I asked the manager he told me that he didn't know if I had it and then he told me no that they only had it mixed with onion, a taqueria without cilantro is not a taqueria

This gem of a restaurant has been a very welcome addition to the somewhat stale lunch scene here. I've eaten here probably 15+ times since they opened and each time has been great.
The trompo tacos are great, the burritos generous (if a little greasy), the tortas are absolutely massive, and the salsas are flavorful.
You can't go wrong choosing el Arquito for lunch/catered team meal, they're a huge hit.
P.S. If you're still going to Taco Joint with this right down the street, only god can help sort you out.

We came in mid afternoon craving a snack. Food was very good. The Cubana tortas was excellent and so were the tacos. The place was empty but tables weren’t cleared off or cleaned. Hopefully that was just a one time thing.

Very surprised with this place! Excellent customer service, I went yesterday and the girl was in a very good mood and the other guy gave me suggestions on what to order. The truth is that the food is very delicious, the tacos have an authentic flavor without being greasy. The meat is clean and feels like it is of good quality. What caught my attention the most is the surroundings, everything was neat and I also really liked the decoration. They have the perfect balance of food + atmosphere + price (because it was also made accessible to me). To the owners...they continue doing what they do because they are doing it well.
