Pour Over
Coffee is made by pouring hot water over onto ground beans and allowing it to brew. Chemex or french press.

Espresso mixed with hot steamed milk (vanilla, SF vanilla, lavender, hazelnut, and caramel).

Espresso mixed with mocha powder, agave, and hot steamed milk.

Berni Bean espresso blend with a small amount of steamed milk.

I’m visiting and staying at a hotel downtown, and one thing I always do on my travel is try local coffee shops. Berni Bean is one you can’t miss. They make their syrups in house and offer unique flavor combos. I really enjoyed the pistachio latte & granola bowl. It was quiet on a Sunday morning from 9-11am, with a steady flow of traffic. Bonus points for the sloth accents 🦥

Y’all when I tell you I dragged my other half out here because I watched a video review about this place I was CONVINCED. We had the Bernie Bean Iced Latte with a cream cheese bagel and OMG… so worth it. I absolutely recommend stoping in here to try this place out if you are in town!

We were just looking for a nice spot to drink coffee and this turned out great. Great Variety of coffee, menu, and nice prices. The core makes it seem you’re actually in Costa Rica.
