This was some of the best sushi I've ever had! I would definitely recommend going here. The service was great as well - they were able to tell us details about all the menu items we had questions about. I would recommend.

Food was not that great & the barrel chested Latino guy who was making drinks would not stop talking about how he walks to work & smokes weed on the way. Blue fish was definitely a much better experience at its old location in every way.

In town visiting Dallas for work and decided to order sushi via Door Dash. The Blue Fish did not disappoint! ?? Food arrived FAST with the hot stuff still hot, the cold stuff still cold (even in 95+ degree weather), and all of the utensils and condiments included & neatly packaged. The food was delicious and neatly prepared. Would recommend!

Very high quality and fresh sushi. My husband and I went here for our anniversary and they made it very very special. Server was attentive and pleasant and the manager was as well. The place had a nice atmosphere and my server was friendly and helpful but the food wasn’t great. I had the tuna tower which didn’t have any crunchy elements other than the beads but some other crunchy items would have been good to offset the texture of the tower. For $20 I was expecting more. The shrimp tempura was cold and hard and chewy. Looks like they butterflied it to make it wider but I wasn’t a fan. And the spicy salmon roll almost had no flavour. It was a bit spicy but it was almost bitter - it wasn’t what I was expecting at all.I ended up eating most of the tower and only 2 pieces of each roll. I couldn’t eat anymore of either of them.Overall I wouldn’t go back. I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere and friendly staff but the food definitely wasn’t as good as I was expecting.

Horrible experience today that ruined my appetite. As a person with allergies to sea food and being married to someone that loves sea food it’s difficult to compromise. Today, my husband and I decided to step into blue fish for a fantastic lunch. We were sat at a table and given the menu. As I took a bite of my sandwich, I was rudely interrupted and was told that Blue Fish didn’t allow any outside food. We were automatically asked to leave the table as they were bringing us my husbands dips or sauces. It felt wrong to kick two unaware guests as food was being served on the table. We were walked to the counter by the hostess who seemed bothered by us and were forced to place my husbands order at the counter.We didn’t see a problem with any of this since it was a small sandwich that I would’ve taken 4 bites and be done. Also, my husband and I were ready to spend lots of money on drinks but I guess they didn’t appreciate our business just because I had a bit of food from outside. As well, the restaurant was empty. Like completely empty.As a Quality manager, I started inspecting for some sort of posting indicating that there were not outside food or drinks allowed. However, there were none.I, of course, asked to speak with the manager and he informed me that The Galleria doesn’t allow them to post any type of signage but that this was a Blue Fish “corporate rule.”One thing you could do better as a business is to train your hosts to be aware of what their customers bring in. If I would have been advised this at the counter before I was sat down, rudely interrupted, and had my appetite ruined, then maybe all of this would have been avoided.Manager on duty: Suraj BajracharyaWho apparently appreciates more empty tables than two possible loyal customers.

The food was delicious and the waiter was very nice but the hostess was rude and lied to us about when happy hour ended. We came in and asked she said 5:50 which we thought was a weird time our waiter confirmed it was actually 6 but we arrived in time and she purposely sat us as far away from the bar area as possible I had to tell her where I wanted to air. We didn't mind paying full price but it was just the fact that she lied foe no reason.
We were here several years ago and am very happy to say the quality of the delicious food has not diminished. We arrived about an hour before closing. Only a few tables were taken. There was a group of about 6 people in their 20s who were quite loud. We could hear them easily even though we were about 40 feet away.I guess our waiter, Timoco(?) was tired. He placed our plates haphazardly and his thumb was in all of the bowls and dishes he brought us.I'd go back but would be a bit more careful of noise and service.Parking: Plenty of nearby parking in one of several large garages at the Galleria Mall.

Service was excellent and quick. The ambiance was nice. I ordered a flight of sake and a poke bowl, the poke was mid and maybe I had higher expectations but I’ll probably stick to Bonefish grill for poke bowls!

Just had dinner with two of my drunk friends and this place is amazing. Food was incredible and the service was amazing. Ricky our server it was kind enough not to call the police on us and was on point with the service. Adriana also amazing. Fantastic Place recommended to anyone
