We celebrated our 5th year wedding anniversary there tonight and everyone we encountered was absolutely amazing. Our server Nora was the best we have ever had dining out. She truly took care of us and engaged with us the whole night! We usually celebrate there every year and will definitely ask for her next year. Thanks Nora for a wonderful and fun evening!

We went to the melting pot for dinner for Valentine’s Day late this year. I saw online there was plenty of reservations available and we didn’t know what time we would arrive so we went in. The lady at the front told us they were completely booked for the night. We went ahead and went online and got a reservation and the lady at the front just seemed annoyed at that point as well as the manager. When we finally got seated the server was terrible. Constantly grabbing our plates with food still on them and without asking if we were done. No attention to detail and felt like they were just trying to rush you out of there. Will look for another unique place to go in the future instead of here.

Drove from Sanger for a Sunday night date night. Sat down at 6:30 and walked out at 7:18 after not being helped at all. Made eye contact with several severs who were actively avoiding us. It was not busy.
Come here every year for Valentine’s and it’s a great experience every time. Midway through our awesome server had to leave for the day and our replacement waiter was…not great but we didn’t let it stop us from having a good time.

Our last visit to a Melting Pot was over 10 years ago. The concept is interesting however on our last visit they were slow and inattentive which is why we haven't been back. We just finished our meal and nothing has changed in the past 10 years. We were there for almost 4.5 hours, in that time frame we got 1 refill on our drinks and were told that was because they ran out of cups. You would think by now they would have figured this out. The food is great but not worth everything else. If we ever come back it will be just for dessert.

We were a party of 5 and had a reservation for 8:00. We arrived early and the hall was packed with people waiting. We were told they were running behind but we waited an hour passed our reservation time. We are starving by this point. If you want to cook your food on the grill or cast-iron, that option is not available, you can only boil it. Our entire order was taken and then after dinner we were informed there was no chocolate for dessert.We were told we would be comped for the dessert portion of our meal or be given a fondue dessert coupon for a different day. Some people in our party chose the option for the coupon because our waitress said it didn’t expire, but upon receiving the coupon it did have an expiration date. You would think that when you have a reservation they know how many people to prepare for and they take your order at the beginning, they would know how much is needed to prepare for ahead of time. No chocolate?! The entire reason people come to this restaurant is to melt this into the pot!Going to a place like this you expect an experience and we definitely did not get a good one and spent almost $400!The only positive was the bartender he did a great job.

After waiting about 35 minutes before being sat after our reservation time , we waited another 20 minutes at our table before getting introduced to our server.Our server Gina was almost non existent the whole night and would only check on us to get our next course ready. We even heard her talking to someone about wanting to quit her job from around the corner for some reason ?We were waiting a very long time after eating each course and ended up staying a total of 3.5 hours. The tables behind us seemed to be getting constant service from their servers.The bartender was very helpful our drinks and even brought us sauces after noticing us eating our entrees with only the broth to cook it in after being told by our server that they were all out of sauces.The food and drinks were pretty great. They didn’t have any milk chocolate for the fondues which is strange considering they are a fondue restaurant but it was still great with the white chocolate.Sucks to have spend almost 200 dollars on an anniversary gift and we won’t be back.

This experience unfortunately fell short for many reasons. To start, my partner and I had a reservation for 7pm and we arrived at 6:45pm and weren’t seated until after 7:30pm. For the cheese and chocolate fondue we mentioned a tree nut allergy that was not paid attention to by having pesto in the cheese and blondies cross contaminated on the tray. The guy making our cheese got visually frustrated at us when we had to remind him of the severe nut allergy. After waiting a long time in between each course, we spent a total of 3.5 hours here without receiving our salad course because they forgot. They also ran out of milk and dark chocolate which is insane because the chocolate fondue was a crucial reason we came here. Our server Aaron J had great energy and the food was good but we will not be returning because it was very chaotic and disorganized.
Today was an ok experience, 4th time coming, long term customer. This normally takes us just under 2 hours, today 3.5 hours. Experience was back logged due to the kitchen being slow and back logged. Several customers were not waited on and left as we were arriving. 2 drinks ordered from the bar took 45 minutes to arrive Food was backed up in the kitchen which delayed the smooth transition. Waitress was amazing as she balanced and made my daughter's birthday special for me. She was extremely helpful and met all the requests we needed. While it was a slower experience. The food was still good.

First waiter we had was worthless and spent all of 10 seconds on average every time he (rarely) swung by our table. 90 minutes in he'd forgotten our salad course and was trying to bring out the main entree (yes 90 minutes to order, receive the cheese course, eat it, and lots of waiting in between). We finally had enough and brought it to the attention of the manager who quickly removed him from our table and put one of the best waitresses we've had onto our table. (Thank you for turning the night around Lisa!!). Won't go into all the details but this was unlike the typical service we get here and glad that it finally got better.

The food was great like it is at other locations. Love the gluten free options as well! Our server was very nice, everything took a while, but it was pretty busy so understandable. However, by the end of the dinner the smokey haze was getting a little out of hand. There definitely should be some better ventilation for all of the smoke that comes from this style of cooking.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are very good.

Nearly had an violent altercation with a staff member for turning the music off. No respect or care for anyone in the building other than themselves.
