It lacks vibe, it seems like it goes out of fashion. The menu of drinks is very limited, as is Snaks. I guess it is better at sunset or at night, during the day I do not recommend it.
Upon arrival, the hostess was not very welcoming. After checking in for our reservation, she asked if we were aware of the minimum spend requirement. When we mentioned that we weren't, and asked if there were other seating options where we could enjoy cocktails, she rolled her eyes, handed us the menus, and pointed toward the high-top tables, noting they were first come, first served. Unfortunately, the service throughout the visit felt lacking, with little sense of genuine...
First time exploring Dallas and stumbled across the bar at Waterproof — what a great surprise! The bartender, Omar was super friendly, made amazing drinks, and had great recommendations. Such a fun atmosphere with a beautiful view — definitely coming back next time I’m in town!
