We made reservations for Thursday night for Waterproof. When I made the reservation, they contacted me a couple of days in advance to inform me we would have a $100 minimum if we wanted a table for the 2 of us. So, we ended up going anyway. When we arrived, there was only 2 other people there, sitting at the bar. No live music, and no one else at Waterproof. We should have sat at the bar to save money. Looking back at my photos, spending the 4th of July at Waterproof has officially become a tradition. The aesthetic of the rooftop pool is incredible, but the 360-degree view is the real winner. It is so cool to be able to watch all the other firework shows popping off in the distance across the entire DFW horizon while the main show is happening downtown.

The ambiance is very vibrant and sophisticated, making it the perfect spot for a memorable holiday. Be prepared...

It lacks vibe, it seems like it goes out of fashion. The menu of drinks is very limited, as is Snaks. I guess it is better at sunset or at night, during the day I do not recommend it.
