Employees are not very customer focused. It doesn't help that salt & pepper, ketchup, napkins, nor any plastic utensils are out for public access. Employees moved slowly and seemed unhappy when responding to customers. I have gone there several times while visiting UTSW and it seems to be getting worse. I will not go back!

I didn't realize how expensive Wendy's has gotten. $13 for a chicken sandwich meal yes the upgrade to the lemonade was $0.50 but that's fine the lemonade is AMAZING but the base price for the combo geesh

It's ok they keep it pretty clean. The homeless comes in often. I currently don't have a home yet either so no judgement but I don't wanna be bothered while I eat. Lol But I also wanna encourage others to be a blessing and help out when you can. You could be in the same predicament so always be humble ❤️
