The folks taking the order are super nice. Very clear and concise. But somehow the kitchen is inconsistent. It's either the food is on point or the kitchen is incompetent. I been sitting in line for 15 + min. Only 5 people in line. Not sure how it's taken that long to get my food. Hopefully by the time I'm done writing this, the order will be at my window.

We like the burgers here, but the fries could be so much better. When we got there the floor was puddled and wet, no wet floor signs anywhere, and the girl mopping was kind of rude as well as the one taking our order. We also stood there listening to the manager yelling and belittling the other workers. As much as we like whataburger, we won't stop at this location again.

Asha and Ivy took great care of us! Of course their manager was right there watching and training up the new girls. I did not catch her name but she realized I did not get my shake and made a special trip and brought out to me. That is attention to detail. Despite how busy she was she made it a point to stop what she was doing and heartily greeted every guest with a robust “welcome to whataburger” smile and eye contact. Then turn to a trainee and reminded everyone to greet...
