Late night delivery in the pouring rain was very much appreciated, kudos to the driver- they showed up right on time and the order was fulfilled correctly. The Sweet revenge is such a BOMB combination of flavors with quality meat, sweet and savory bacon/onion jam dollops, and perfectly crunchy/chewy crust. 10/10 would recommend Late night delivery in the pouring rain was very much appreciated. I am writing review purely for delivery comments. The food I’ve had each time in person has been delicious!
Just so everyone is aware for delivery, they are wholly reliant on 3rd party deliverers to place your order, and WILL NOT notify you if no one wants to deliver it. If no deliverer wants to deliver your pizza, they just will wait until some random driver wants to deliver (which never happened for us). I had a scheduled order at 6pm, and when I called at 6:45pm, they said “oh no one wants to deliver it yet, sorry”. Disappointing because I LOVE their pizza, but maybe just do pick-up and opt out of delivery.

Isaac was very professional great service my guy👏🏾
Chris, the manager at the White Rock location, was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to address a simple customer concern regarding my order. I requested extra cheese on my pizza, and instead of helping me understand why the pizza appeared significantly different from previous orders where extra cheese was clearly added, he chose to argue with me rather than provide customer support.
When I politely asked for his name, his response was, “For what? I’m not giving that to you,” which I found completely inappropriate and unacceptable from someone in a management position.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced this exact type of interaction with Chris. In contrast, every other employee I have encountered at this location has been pleasant, professional, and helpful. Isaac, in particular, took the time to respectfully explain how the appearance of extra cheese can vary depending on when and how it is added to the pizza. That level of professionalism and willingness to help is what customers should consistently experience.
I’m sure customer service is important to Zalat, and if Chris is representing the White Rock location in a leadership capacity, I would strongly reconsider returning as a customer. While I do not normally suggest removing someone from a team, there are times when leadership behavior negatively impacts both customers and the integrity of the business. Based on my experiences, Chris does not appear to value teamwork or customer satisfaction.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at this location.

Such a great experience. Last minute decided to stop and get a pizza. Did not order ahead and it was ready in no time. The people working there so helpful and nice. Plus the pizza is some of the Best in Dallas. I had not had it in a while!!
