My complaint about this location is if someone has a order that takes a while to make, rather than have them move forward. They make everyone wait, your order is ready but 4 cars are sitting while the one at the window sits.
Help me understand why the jack in the box in Decatur Tx is never open on Friday nights.
It says 24 hours Friday and Saturday.
We go thru there every Friday around 1:45am and they are closed. There are people in the restaurant but they tell us every time that they are closed.

I just wish they could get my order right for once! I either get a completely different sandwich than what I ordered or they forget to give me half of my order. Some of the employees look like kids of the workers filling in and have street clothes on. Lobby tables look like they need a desperate wipe down. This location needs a new owner that gives a darn.
