I usually love this sonic. But this is the 5th time I’ve tried to get a pretzel to snack on and they’ve forgotten my cheese. I paid extra to make it say x2 hoping they wouldn’t forget it. The lady even said 2 cheeses when she gave me my order.
Asked for extra chili and they loaded it up ! The sonic in my hometown could never compete with this location !
A car-full of us were heading to Dallas for the day and along the way we stopped at Sonic in Decatur for drinks. I was wowwed at how quickly our order was served especially since we had a wide variety of beverages - shake, tea, slush, etc. So yeah, great job!
