This is a solid three-star Starbucks. I'm going to recommend Starbucks do away with in-store music. It does nothing to improve the experience for the customer. This location needs some help. 3 visits and 3 times the wrong syrup was used. I finally called about it and was told my name would go in their book for a replacement. Went there a month later (I don't live in the area) and was told i needed to come back the next day. Seriously? Don't mess up 3 times in a row.
I went ahead and paid for this drink and it was fine!
They just need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I wasn't sure if to give 1 star or 5.
I did a mobile order and when I went ti pick up there was 2 women sitting near order pick up and they had my order on the table right next to them. They grabbed it from order pick up and took it and placed in on a table next to them! One woman looked right at me and took a sip from MY order! I asked her if that was mine and she says "yes I'm sorry" I asked if she just took a sip and she once again says "yes...
