Awesome experience! Good drinks the chickendilla is really good as well. Good salsa.
Every time I go into Copacetic I am presently surprised by the pleasant “speak easy” atmosphere. The Old Fashioned is always made so well and bartenders are top notch. The cheese board is something you can’t find anywhere else in Denison. This place is a must!
Y'all stop everything and come out here for their grilled cheese!! By far the best grilled cheese I've had in my life. Got a couple of fancy drinks that hit the spot. Easy parking despite the street construction, friendly staff, very clean inside, and great music. And I got registered to vote while was there.

Copacetic Cowboy is a cozy little bar in Downtown Denison with a unique interior design. The bar has a whimsical, country feel and a prohibition style speak easy with cowboy inspired wall decorations. The drink menu is insane with fine spirits and uniquely crafted cocktails. The bar also offers Lyre non alcoholic spirits for non drinkers. The food is delicious, with snacks available. The ambience is chill and the seating is cozy. The bartenders are friendly and can make fun, specialty drinks, such as a matcha cocktail. The bathrooms are also nicely decorated with expensive toilet paper. Overall, Copacetic Cowboy is a great place to hang out, with down to earth friendly people and amazing drinks. It's a fantastic spot to come with friends or meet new people, and the staff is awesome.
