Great Western Dining Service Grayson College

Not an efficient school. Department staff has communication problems and do not "talk" to one another. Was told multiple times by various departments I was good for the summer session and learned the day classes started due to no fault of my own, I had been dropped because no one did their jobs properly. Complete laziness and no staff willing to assist.

My daughter is taking dual credit classes through Grayson. She was automatically enrolled in a book program only offered at the campus (which she doesn't attend). We immediately asked for a refund which we were told we would receive. Throughout the semester I've checked on the status of the refund speaking to many people along the way telling me it was processing. I was just informed today that we would NOT be getting refunded. I wouldn't go to Grayson until they get rid of Follett. I'm paying pretty much the same price for books, whole they are all online, I can't keep them after I graduate, and at the begging of every semester I have to struggle and jump through multiple hoops just make the book (that I already bought) work putting me behind in my classes right out the gate.
