Blue Ginger is a small and quaint sushi and hibachi restaurant. They have plenty of roll options, but very limited sashimi and nigiri options. The hibachi is good. I have always received attentive service. Blue Ginger is a nice option for a casual date night.
A good, solid place for japanese food at a reasonable price. The staff were nice and the location is clean and tidy. Out of my group, some ordered sushi and some ordered hibachi. Those that ordered sushi were quite pleased with the quality and value for price. I ordered the ahi tuna tower, which i really enjoyed. It looks impressive, but is a good option for a lighter dinner.
