Denton Independent Hamburger is a family-friendly restaurant known for its delicious and fresh burgers. The menu offers a variety of options, with the Hickory Burger being a popular choice. The restaurant also serves bottomless fries and freshly cut, hot fries. The atmosphere is perfect for a great dining experience, and the service is friendly and attentive. Freshly grated Cheddar cheese piled high on the burgers is a standout feature. This spot is spacious, making it accessible for everyone, including those in power wheelchairs. Customers praise the great food, friendly staff, and lively music, with bottomless French Fries being a highlight. The burgers are loaded with requested toppings and taste fresh and natural. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of sauces and seasonings, including a recommended "dirt seasoning" for the fries. The Old Fashion Burger Dinner combo, which includes fries, pinto beans, and a drink, is popular, served quickly, with well-done meat that is sometimes a bit dry. Fries and beans are self-serve, with the fries cooked well but sometimes inconsistent in portion size. The restaurant is very clean, and staff are friendly, making it a good burger joint. Recent updates indicate that the food quality has improved and remains delicious and fresh, although some customers note that fry portions could be more consistent.
