This is literally laughable!!! There’s no way you thought this was acceptable and when i called they hung up

I’m really not happy to rate this low, but I have to. I was very disappointed with the food I had today. I ordered a Grilled Steak Burrito Bowl and it arrived cold. The rice was hard, undercooked, like just some cold water put in it, and it was overly salty. The meat was very different from what I’ve had before, and overall the meal was awful, I couldn’t finish it and ended up staying hungry the whole day.

No problems at all with food, 100% of problems with the staff and how long it takes to receive the food. Staff is either talking to eachother or seeming off task with an extremely slow pace even at times where there are little to no customers. It can get busy, but the staff’s inability to provide efficient services is consistent every time.
