I must say this KFC location is fast and efficient. One of the best I've been to here in Denton county. If you're looking for good and fresh food plus quick service this is the place to go.
The food is good but the service is horrible. About par with today's service industry. Make sure you check your bag before you leave but the employees will still be rude. Ordered online twice in the past month and they always forget the sauces, that they charge for.

It is convenient for both the customer and staff.I ordered on line through the App. No one was in the drive through line, but when I pulled up, the manager insisted that I come into the "lobby".My order was not correct after I waited in line inside.Staff has been consistently rude or unaffected every time I have been there.
