Pretty decent Mexican place in an easy to get to spot. The food was just alright. The salsa is amazing though! We also got the yellow queso which was pretty good. Everyone at my table got the combos and I ate the beef tacos from them. The tacos were pretty good! The rice needed more flavor. The beans were good! I am hoping today was just a bad day at La Milpa. We were there 20 minutes before we ever got waters and 25 before our drinks arrived. It took another 10 before our server ever came to the table. The queso blanco was not hot. The server was either too busy or just not well-managed. He was friendly, but we only saw him twice in the entire hour we were there.The food was good. Our food was great. Wife got the pulled pork tacos and they were great. The pickled onions were amazing. I got the asada de rojo which tasted great. Margaritas were on point (frozen swirl and pineapple jalapeño). Service was quick and attentive. Highly recommend coming to check this out for yourself.
