Prices were fine compared to other places but the cashier was rude and slammed my pretzels down and stormed off when I asked for a small soft drink like the menu showed. Must have been an inconvenience

Rude woman at the register in terminal A. was on her phone the entire time while I was waiting, even looked at me then just went back on her phone and another employee had to come and ask if I needed help. Other employee then had to tell the rude woman at the register to help me out cause she wasn’t doing anything but being on her phone!! Then proceeded to act like she hated her existence while taking my order smh bad customer service. The other employee on the other hand was great

Would give 0 If I could. Currently at DFW Terminal D. Place an order for 5 pretzels which was a pepperoni pretzel. One of the employees, Fiker T, took my order. He proceeded to inform a lady by the name LLibera. She had to be told more than once what my order was. I was given my pepperoni pretzel and told it’ll be 10 minutes for the rest. Return and pick up my order. Realized that I was missing one original pretzel, I made sure to double check against my receipt to make sure I had all pretzels and I didn’tReturn to inform them that was missing one Pressel, a problem to see that the lady by the name of Liberia was very unprofessional, got an attitude and claimed that she gave me all my presents. I tried to inform her that I did not receive my pretzel. She became very rudely, loud and unprofessional. Being the bigger person , I asked for the manager’s number , guess what it was a bogus number . But there’s ways around that.

Wow. Nasty. Cashier chomping on gum and grabbed my cinnamon bites over the top with his bare hand touching the food. He would not sell me a small because he was told if there were none than he had to sell the bigger size. What???? You can’t make a small from a large? Then you need to give a large and charge a small. There were other workers but he would not ask and said he was new when I told him I only wanted a small. Terrible customer service and hygiene. Need to turn this into health department.

I come through this airport every few months and would love a Aunty Ann’s pretzel but there is never any pretzels made and the employees are rude, and need to be taught customer service skills. They could care less about wether they can help you or not and this is many instances. I walked out today and didn’t buy a thing and won’t go back again!

My first time getting Auntie Anne's, but I was craving something light and decided to grab a pretzel. The line was pretty long, but quite quick to order. I ended up ordering a Jalapeño pretzel that came out to a little less than $5. The employees were patient and had great customer service. Before I checked out, they offered additional sauces as toppings that I declined. Not sure if they’re pre-made, but I was given a warm pretzel within a few minutes. The pretzel itself was a little small, but quite buttery and filling. Worth stopping by for a quick snack!
