Danielle, Ricardo, and Elizabeth were super helpful and friendly, and they provided wonderful customer service to us and everyonearoubd; the bartenders and kitchen staff were excellent as well. This was the best way to finish our Texas trip with the best food and cocktails in the nicest lounge we have ever visited, placing at #1, then #2 Buenos Aires, Argentina, and France #3.
Really solid lounge, especially if it’s free based on your card ownership
The service here is incredible. Great food and the whiskey bar is awesome. Shout out to John and the woman at the whiskey bar. Incredible service. The continuity between the team. It looks like they really enjoy working with one another. Unlike any I’ve seen at other lounges. Top 3 I’ve visited

The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club DFW is described as the best airport lounge, with incredible service and a great atmosphere. The staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff are helpful, friendly, and attentive, providing wonderful customer service. The lounge offers great food, cocktails, and a whiskey bar, with a made-to-order menu and buffet service. A wide variety of comfortable rooms are available, and the space is big, modern, sleek, clean, inviting, and cozy. The food is delicious, and the service is fast, friendly, and responsive. Guests can grab food directly from the bar or order from the website and have it brought right to their seat. The cauliflower is spicy, crunchy, and delish. The bar staff are fun and funny. The lounge is a great place to relax and bring the family. It is much better than the Centurion Lounge at DFW, with a shorter wait and more attentive staff. Overall, it is a 10/10 experience and worth booking a trip through DFW just to visit.
