“I was traveling so I stopped for a drink and to answer some texts. I put my order in through the app.I'm not sure what prompted it but a young woman with a beautiful smile came out and asked if I was okay. She looked very concerned. I told her that I had just done an app order because I wasn't sure about their "happy hour" times and that I was fine. I let her know how much appreciated her for checking on me since I was traveling alone.She brought my drink out and never stopped smiling. I felt safe there so I sat for a few minutes with my drink before getting back on the road.I would DEFINITELY recommend this Sonic!!“

“We were in town for baseball playoffs and just happened to drop in. One of our best all time burgers. Fresh buns, fresh veggies and the meat patties were so good. We added an order of large onions rings. It was the perfect meal before heading to the game. If we lived closer we would definitely be regulars“

“Never thought I would review a random Whataburger that I visited while passing through Lufkin, but one employee was such a standout that I had to write a review while still sitting in that Whataburger having my breakfast!

I don't know how Lufkin WB off Brentwood got so lucky as to find a sweet soul like Zena to greet customers and take orders, but seriously guys...score! Zena was so friendly, helpful, and truly tried to go above and beyond. Get that girl out from behind that counter and have her teach EVERY employee how to be as kind and helpful as she seems to naturally be. She deserves a raise, a vacation and a new car.
