“Whom ever runs this Pizza Hut should train every other! This is the second time we visited this location. Both times the the service is over beyond excellent!
The food is sit down restaurant quality. The person who made our small pizzas and mozzarella sticks was absolutely the best. I wish I got her name...thinking Amelia.“

“Their dinning in is nonexistent. No tables or chairs. They are using the salad tables as a place to store all the pizza boxes. The food was ok. The service was great. I walked in to get the food and talked with the associate who worked there. Nice person. Treated me liked she cared.“

“The guys at this location near Walmart in Lufkin, were on point. There was a short delay in getting our order due to high customer volume. I was told up front about it and given the option to wait and they would bring it out, which they did. I forgot to ask for an extra marinara sauce and when I went in to buy it and the young man told me it was comped for the wait. I really appreciated that and the wait really wasn't too long. Great job guys!“

“We eat here all the time but is progressively getting worse. The food is delicious and I have no complaints with it. Their drive thru? AWFUL!!!! It is almost always at LEAST a 5 minute wait for them to get to the speaker to take your order. Today, we sat behind a truck for 10 minutes while he waited for the opportunity to give his order. We then finally get to the order box and they don’t say hello ease wait a moment, nothing. We sat there another 10 minutes waiting to give our order. My husband even said hello a couple times and NOTHING! We finally gave up and went somewhere else. There was a line of cars behind us that I feel sorry for. We absolutely love eating their food but may have to give it up if this type of service continues.

P.S. - There were only 2 cars parked at the restaurant so they were not crazy busy. Why does it always take them so long to take our orders?!“
