First time at this location and only chose to come here because they had a playground. The staff was not friendly and had an attitude. The entire place was not clean. There was leftover trash on several tables in the main eating and the playground was gross. Tables that weren't being used had not been cleaned or wiped down. Got french fries at 10 PM, and a Spanish speaking service person seemed not understanding “black pepper”, being forced to translate to Spanish in ‘Merica. And the french fries was saturated in oil. I do not eat anything else in those places, I am a vegan and I was treated like I personally offended them for bothering them with a small order at about their closing time. And before you can pay you are solicited to contribute to a good cause for their own. Speak of bad service...

Pick up is always weird everywhere you go but just to tightin up the service drinks were watered down and food was not hot and I was waiting for awhile car hop was very polite and that goes a long way
