Subway has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have noted that the tomatoes and lettuce often appear old and unappealing, with complaints about brown spots on the lettuce and brown guacamole. There have also been issues with restroom cleanliness, as one customer found them in poor condition during a visit. However, there were positive remarks about the Titan Turkey sandwich, which was made with care by an employee named Jeremy. His attention to detail and excellent customer service impressed a customer, who appreciated the delicious sandwich he prepared. Overall, there are areas for improvement, but some employees stand out for their service.
