“I find it funny that the sm Ice coffee is the and size as the med reg coffee...on the other note. The kids there are doing their best ?. But they could look a little more busy when there's a two lines across the parking lot. I walk inside to avoid the lines and they all look bored ?. No offense it's an observation. love my coffee tho“
“WOW IM AMAZED!!!!!!First of all What a amazing service from a young lady name Gabryella super helpful I was just so overwhelmed with all the choices they had but she guide me to the right choice and knew exactly what I wanted.I got a ice latte with caramel. And let me just tell you it was just so different from all the lattes I had tried.10/10.If you haven't been here you guys need to GOOOOOOO NOWWWW!!!!“
“This is the first time I've come here and I have to say that I will definitely be coming back. The food was delicious. The pancakes, waffles, and french toast were all very fluffy and the chicken fried steak was flavorful. I could tell that the people who work here really care about what they do and strive to make quality food.“
“The short version:Cleanliness. 5 starsAtmosphere. 4 starsPrices. 4 starsFood. 4 starsService. 4 starsBetuzas is located on the east side of Elsa on Hwy. 107. It is a locally owned and operated coffee shop and restaurant serving specialty coffees, teas, refreshers, and sporting a nice menu with sandwiches, soups, great breakfasts, and some Mexican favorites.I decided I wanted to try their chilaquiles. I was trying to choose between red and green salsa, and the server suggested I could get half and half. So that's what I ordered, to be topped with an egg. She asked how I wanted the egg, to which I replied, "over medium" (whites done, yolks still mostly runny). To drink, I ordered sweet iced tea because they told me it was fresh brewed. The iced tea was old and cloudy. I could barely drink it. The chilaquiles were delicious, both the green and red salsas, but the egg was very much well done. The egg was not that big a deal to me, but a coffee and tea shop ought to know that when iced tea gets cloudy, it has gone bad.I wasn't going to say anything, but Siomara came to the table and asked how I was enjoying my meal.so I told her about the undrinkable iced tea. She immediately apologized and offered me a replacement drink. She also offered me a goodie from the dessert bar to make up for the overcooked egg. I chose only to get a replacement drink.I think the staff at Betuzas cares about their customers. They seem to do so many things well; the chilaquiles were great. I would go again. I might just order a fruit refresher instead of the iced tea.“
“Easily one of the best coffee shops in the valley. Very spacious, tranquil, delicious coffee, great service. Come to Weslaco and stop by here, not overthere. Plenty of parking on the street or next to the building. Small conference room available. Outdoor seating available. Great spot to say the least.“
“Y'all, this place needs to be taken care of! The valley needs a fun donut shop like this down here! It's similar to Voodoo Donuts like in the bigger cities.Exciting flavors such as pistachio, Oreo, raspberry cheesecake, Nutella, and a bunch others that I wish I tried.I bought a 6 pack for about $16 which isn't bad for a nice gourmet treat with the family.Customer service was great. Lady was super patient as we asked "what's that?" many times. We were welcomed with a smile throughout our transaction.“
“Just stopped by for a warm drink after a cold walk in Progreso. My hubby googled coffee houses. It's a cute little place with great staff.❤️❤️ So quiet and comfy. My hubby had a mango pineapple energy drink and loved it. I had the coconut mocha. Fantabulous! Smooth coffee. Looks like a great place to study too. Gracias! Probably will our thing from now on when we are on this side of the valley.“
“Had an Iced Matcha latte (Oat milk as my substitute) with the English Muffin that consisted of Cheese, Sausage(you have a choice of either sausage or bacon), and an egg. It was all very delicious and the atmosphere was quiet since I went in the earlymorning but there was some music playing as well in the background. I lastly had a cakepop on the go and it was also a nice tasting item. For it being my first visit here I would say that I enjoyed my visit and would come again when I can so I can try everything else. Sorry I have no photos of my purchases to view but it is worth a try if you have not yet.Dietary restrictions: They have different options as alternatives to dairy.“
