“For my first time ever trying dutch bros, I was not let down. A very nice lady by the name of Sylvia attended me to get my order. She gave me a rundown of how everything works and her preferences which were very much appreciated. I went in very early in the morning and thanks to Sylvia I had a good attitude for the rest of the day because if she can make someone’s day so early in the morning I should be trying harder too. Great customer service and the drinks were amazing. Thank you Dutch Bros and most importantly thank you Sylvia for making my first time there a memorable one. I’ve visited JuiceUs at both their Weslaco and Brownsville locations, and the quality of their organic menu keeps me coming back! The cold-pressed juices and clean, organic ingredients are fantastic—you can genuinely feel how fresh and high-quality everything is.
The ambiance at both spots is beautiful, bright, and incredibly inviting. They’ve created a super cute, clean, and modern environment that makes you want to hang out and enjoy your drink.
The only area that could use a little polishing is the customer service. It’s not terrible, but it averages around a 7/10—the staff can sometimes feel a bit indifferent, and checkout or drink preparation can run a little slow. That being said, if you're looking for top-tier organic fuel and a lovely atmosphere in the Valley, JuiceUs is absolutely worth a visit!“
