“Abby is amazing!! She recommended me a new flavored rebel drink, which I really enjoyed and definitely served its purpose during a long shift for my nursing schedule. She was so friendly and kind and warm spirited, Will definitely be coming back again! <3“

“I love McDonald’s fries 🍟 that’s my go to snack 😁 yet I do enjoy the food every time I go“

“Listen y’all if you want the best coffee in town come to 7 brew!!! I love how polite and happy they always are and they always make my morning brighter! Thanks guys!“

“Love the drinks, they have so many options that their competitors don’t really have, unfortunately they sometimes severely lack in customer service. They are never rude, or disrespectful, but they simply do not look like they don’t want to be there sometimes and it will reflect in the way they talk to you. This isn’t an all the time occurrence but recently it’s been something that is noticed.“

“The service was amazing, the coffees and menu items were flavorful and delicious, and the atmosphere and vibes were so chill! We'll definitely return to Santo Pecado next time we're in the Valley!“

“Excellent customer service, and the cookie cake was delicious, tasted home made.“

“Friendly baristas, great atmosphere and fantastic coffee“

“Awesome customer service. Delicious coffee. And fricken chocolate banana bread muffin dude!“

“just perfect!!! Will definitely be back.“

“Staff was so friendly. Coffee amazing! Definitely going back“

“Nutella, banana and strawberry crepas were good! The nutella croissant too. Caramel coffee is my favorite.“

“Sooooo goood!!!!! They have the widest selection of flavors and variety of drinks than any other coffee stand in the game. Their motto is cultivate kindness, which I feel like I am treated with kindness everytime I stop by! The blondie is my favorite but I love to try new flavor combinations all the time!“

“Great food and very clean! This is a top 3 stop in the valley for food !“

“I ran in for some delicious coffee and they had it ready within minutes. Thank you!! I absolutely loved it!!“

“Great place to meet up with friends! Totally recommend!“

“I love coming to dutch bros after a mall trip. The workers are always so fast and attentive when taking orders. I come so often Meredith already knows my order and is so sweet and polite when asking questions, and she even makes small talk. The service is so quick as well even when they’re backed up. I 10/10 recommend.“

“Love them! Highly recommend their drinks & love the atmosphere there!“

“everything and Ronnie 🤗🌻💕 love Jeannette's (sf) caramel macchiato. and the shops PB&JESUS. a great place to relax with Jesus, community and fellowship. the place is full of Love 💕“

“New favorite coffee place! Finally tried it today, and it is crazy good. Coffee was fresh and on point, and the entire staff was so nice and friendly. Got the Cinnamon Roll with oat milk. Would have taken a pic when it was full, but it didn’t last long enough lol.

Sorry Starbucks, and I stopped going to Dutch Bros after one of their staff left this 7 Brew a nasty and uncalled-for negative review. Competition is one thing, but to lie is intolerable.

7 Brew has my business. Thank you for such a great experience!“

“Paulina is the best. she is the reason we came back a second time. She tended to us like she was the owner. We are impressed that such a young lady has so much attention to detail when it comes to customer service. Coffee and atmosphere was great! she remembered us and our drinks. we will coming back for sure.“

“Friendly staff members are always around with a smile! Great service each time I visit. Thank you for opening a store/coffee shop near me!“

“Tried it out for the first time and coffee was great! Ordered a vanilla bean latte with almond milk and it was delicious. There are milk alternatives and cold and hot options. Will be coming back to try one of the cold options! Customer service on point!

Update: 2weeks later- came back to try the iced vanilla bean latte - 10/10 super delicious! Can't wait to try another flavor on my next visit!“

“This is my favorite location of Scooter’s. The staff there is always so sweet and talkative. They’re so attentive and helpful! I grab a Caramelicious from here every week <3. The red-bull infusions are amazing as well. I also really enjoyed the maple waffle sandwich! It’s the best quick bite place I’ve ever been to! They also offer catering <3!

P.S. I think the phone number listed doesn’t work.“

“I usually pick up my blended coffee in the mornings before work. My favorite is the Caramel Granita. I also enjoy their Waffle sausage maple sandwich. There is so much to try on the menu. I love the friendly crew. 😊❤️ Just go and try this place 👍“

“? Jackie & Victoria have truly elevated this Starbucks location, making it a standout destination for coffee enthusiasts like myself. Their exceptional service and warm demeanor consistently draw me back to this cafe, even though it's a bit further from my usual route. Amidst my visits to numerous Starbucks outlets, this one stands out as my top choice. No matter how many times I've ordered my usual latte, it always seems to taste even better when crafted by them. Their inviting attitude enhances the overall coffee experience, creating an atmosphere that sets this establishment apart. Consistently pristine and delicious, this Starbucks exemplifies the possibility of quality served with efficiency.“

“Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the area! ☕️☕️“

“I ran in for some delicious coffee and they had it ready within minutes. Thank you!! I absolutely loved it!!“

“I had the pleasure of having my Aftershock drink made by Evangelina, she is an amazing asset to the organization and makes amazing drinks as well! 100/10 recommend this location to everyone and Evangelina deserves a raise! Keep up the great work 💜“

“Very nice, polite staff, even if they can't spell.“

“Celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday w a dinner for 25 in one of the private rooms. Our guests had a great time, food was delicious and our servers were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend. 💕“

“Had a All Heart, No Meat burger for lunch here and it was the best bean burger I've ever had. Their Oreo Frappes was also delicious. Prices were great for the quality. The ambiance was perfect. Great place to meet for coffee with friends or to enjoy a meal while reading a book. Will definitely be visiting again.“

“But not the drive-thru... it's always been a good restaurant, but the morning drive-thru is disappointing. It took 32 minutes for a sandwich, I had to move to the parking lot and go in and get it. (The sandwich and coffee were good, but cost $13.10.)“

“Of all the Starbucks in all the valley this is the best one ⭐️ gold star they treat all people w kindness mostly knowledgeable and great atmosphere 🥰“

“The coffee is hot & delicious & the turkey & chicken salad sandwiches on croissants are soo good. All served with a smile. Very friendly & courteous staff. The recently remodeled shop is much roomier & inviting. Excellent place!!“

“Andrea V is always with a great smile and the environment is sooo awesome“

“Esta dentro y en la zona de comida de Target, es pequeño en tamaño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario incluyendo venta de artículos que promocionan la marca y café en grano para llevar, entre semana sólo hay una persona atendiendo esta sucursal por lo que en ocasiones tendrá el cliente que esperar a ser atendido y a veces las mesas no están muy limpias. En general una buena actitud por parte del personal que la atiende. Hay espacio suficiente para circular con sillas de ruedas.“

“Delicious and high-quality ceremonial matcha with one of the best recipes in the RGV! I like how they have a variety of flavors, milk (special mention: pistachio milk), and sweeteners (my favorite is agave). It’s entertaining to watch the matcha baristas make the matcha in front of customers.

Place is ideal for ordering take out or short-stay only so you can’f stay long to hangout.

This place is always packed whenever I go, and waiting time is 10-15 mins whenever it is packed.“

“First time being here & I must say they have great coffee & delicious bagels; this place is a must try! I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer“

“Such a sweet coffee shop experience. Very nice staff, put really effort in it and made us vegan cortado. Highly appreciated and it was delicious 😋“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Reservation Coffee! We ordered the almendra mocha, vanilla bean frappe, coconut rum cake, and avocado toast—and everything was absolutely delicious.
Not only was the food and coffee incredible, but they also accommodated a custom order with zero hassle. The service throughout our visit was top-notch, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in McAllen. We will definitely be back!“

“Atmosphere is a little weird since it’s a tight space but it’s fine. Right now (summer 2025), they have some kind of new cup, new red lid situation going on that’s very much a reminder of sippy cups and that’s kind of a little much especially for a coffee shop in a university setting (or anywhere else for that matter). But it’s a good space for studying and chatting at the university.“

“Good customer service and great coffee“

“I have visited this location a few times. The drinks a generally pretty good. It's always clean with comfortable and inviting interior.

The service is hit or miss. This time was a miss. It appears they are often understaffed with one person running both drive-thru and walk-in customers, while also making drinks. This leaves little space or energy to be cheerful and friendly it seems.

I had a large mocha Voltage Chiller. It's a good size serving. It wasn't overly sweet.“

“A charming, vintage-inspired cafe in McAllen, this cozy spot serves up handcrafted breakfast classics, light lunches, and specialty coffees. Fluffy French toast, avocado toast, artisan paninis, fresh garden salads, and mimosas headline the menu. Quaint, pastel decor creates a welcoming, relaxed ambiance.“

“love the salad 🥗 and always clean“

“Great customer service, and everything was made perfect“

“In love with their matcha colada drink 🫶🏻 Customer service is phenomenal!! Definitely recommend Pineapple Coffee Shop 100%!!“

“I like this Dunkin because it's near my house and they make the drinks fairly good, but they're not very consistent with the hours of operation. They're supposed to open at 4:30am from what Google Maps indicates, but today I passed by after 5am and they were still closed. The employee was barely pulling up to the parking lot. I just left, I didn't want to be that one customer who's waiting and rushing the employee, but it does suck because I didn't get my morning coffee.“
