Imagine berating an employee who's just doing their job... over a coffee. The employee stayed professional, but the customer's behavior was completely uncalled for and embarrassing to witness.

The music was then too loud for her to hear me talking and uncomfortable for her. Fortunately, there were tables outside and the weather was nice. If not, we would have had to find somewhere else to talk about trip planning.
