Sam is the man, and a true hardworking Texan. It was a pleasure meeting him at Fertile Food's first community planting event, where he had hauled out a skid loader to volunteer for the entire day. Because of Hamilton Pool Farms/Sam we had an easy-breezy event where no one had to haul wheelbarrows of soil across a farm all day. Sam was a pleasure to talk to on top of being a selfless individual. Thank you!
This is a destination! The county road is stunningly beautiful which makes for a pretty drive. The winery offers everything for a tranquil, beautiful afternoon in nature. You must visit! One of our favorite wineries.

Saw a sign for the vineyard while we were going to different breweries in the area. The vineyard is right in front of the tasting room area. The place is absolutely stunning! We were greeted by a very sweet dog. Did the complete tasting which 6 wines in it. Each wine was explained to us. We had a great time and the ladies that worked there were very nice and knowledge.
