Grateful this family has decided to keep Oakwood going. Has potential, and generally impressed by the turnaround time from close to reopen.
What resonates so far:
1. Restaurant food is better and cafe is good.
2. Arcade is a smart concept
3. Self order and pay is nice
4. Overall friendly atmosphere
What I would recommend:
1. More vegetarian options. Also could be good to consider less generic menu items, or at least more GF + locally sourced....read full review

Have had great experiences with the coffee shop, soda shop, pizza & restaurant!
Love stopping for coffee and breakfast burritos on weekday mornings & the service is always fast & friendly. Have gotten take our pizza & is pretty good for the area.
Recently stopped in to the soda shop for icecream & the sundae was huge & delicious!
Lastly, went for lunch during the week and meal was prompt & great.

oakwood is so back!! they’ve truly upped their game. we loved the margs, view, & friendly service, and our little one loved the kid play area. he’s only 1, but he’s not afraid of any zombie arcade games. welcome back ❤️🔥

Oakwood Public Market has potential and shows a strong turnaround from close to reopen. The restaurant food is better and the cafe is good. The arcade is a smart concept, self order and pay is nice, and the atmosphere is overall friendly. Guests have had great experiences with the coffee shop, soda shop, pizza and restaurant. Coffee and breakfast burritos on weekday mornings come with fast and friendly service. Take out pizza is pretty good for the area. The soda shop serves icecream, and the sundae was huge and delicious. A lunch during the week was prompt and great. The view is amazing, and people are really nice and friendly. There is a kid play area, a tube to crawl through, and binoculars to look through. The margs are loved. Seating on the back patio is welcome, and the overpriced gift shop is gone, turned into much-needed extra seating. The standard pizza was good, and one pie was enough for two people. Some recommendations include more vegetarian options, less generic menu items, more GF and locally sourced items, keeping the arcade neutral and kid-friendly, lower arcade prices, fewer claw machines, and better pizza quality and market items.
